  • Selection of raw materials:
    The main ingredient of Mr.aseptic Foods tomato paste sachet is ripe tomatoes with high Brix and quality. In this way, after processing, a dense and uniform paste is obtained. Also, choosing ripe tomatoes with balanced acidity and sweetness makes the final product have excellent taste and stable and stable color.

  • Processing techniques:
    Workers first wash, sort, and quickly process these tomatoes under standard conditions, then convert them into the initial paste. They then concentrate this paste using vacuum evaporation or drum drying, reducing its moisture content to about 30–35% and achieving the desired viscosity.

Tomato Paste Sachet Production Steps

  1. Washing: Workers first direct the tomatoes into the production line where high-pressure water jets remove external contaminants during the initial wash.
  2. Sorting: Then, mechanical and optical sorting systems then automatically remove unripe, green, crushed, stained, or damaged tomatoes from the processing line.
  3. Hot Break Extraction: Now the system heats the tomatoes to 85°C, which both prepares the initial pulp and deactivates pectinase enzymes.
  4. Pulping & Finishing: Operators briefly expose the tomatoes to hot water/steam (85-98°C) to loosen skins, facilitate peeling, and deactivate enzymes to stop the ripening process.
  5. Evaporation: The evaporation system heats and processes the uniform liquid through three stages until it achieves a thick consistency with 28-30% solids.
  6. Aseptic Packaging: The packaging unit sterilizes the final paste at 105°C before nitrogen-flushing and filling it into sachets.
