- Concentration Process: The tomato pulp is concentrated in multi-stage vacuum evaporators to achieve a final solids content. Vacuum evaporation preserves natural color, taste, and nutritional value.
Aseptic Processing: High-temperature short-time (HTST) treatment (105–125°C for 30–120 sec) ensures microbial stability. The paste undergoes high-temperature sterilization to ensure microbial safety without preservatives.
